I will be at the tractor pull at Hillsboro county fair in New Boston. 25 miles NE of Dublin.

I will be there on Saturday I haven't missed one in 20 yrs or more. It is a great show with a good flee market and acres of displays. I seldom come home empty handed.The field is on Rt.101 in Dublin on the Peterborough side there are usually plenty of signs.

Forgive my ignorance if this is off a newer large piece of equipment, but are you calling the long bolt that holds the spool assembly together the axle? And your description of that is 3 in. diameter? Holy smokes, that is huge! I thought a 2??would be a pretty big disk. Or are you saying the large outer diameter of the spool that goes against the disk blade is 3 inches? Do you have the model number of the disk, may be helpful to find what you need. Sorry I don?t have anything to help you just trying to clarify your request. Good luck.
