Saw two trucks I had never heard of a Mack A30 and 1925 Service with Service being the brand name of the truck.Wish I could have taken some pictures but nothing to take any with.
The Mack had a flat head gas motor and a two speed rear, not a real big truck something like a 2 ton.

I didn't find anything about Service brand trucks but this is a Mack A 30.

WOW, there were lots of truck manufacturers or "assemblers" "back in the day".

Another brand is "Traffic", a nearby museum has one, and I have a few parts that my late Uncle somehow acquired.

Not lately I know the people personally that run the place, there are several truck collectors in the area.Crenshaw that owns Crenshaw truck body company in Richmond has a big collection he bought a Diamond T road tractor from me.Also a couple more.Fellow out in Cumberland County VA has a couple old dairy barns packed full of old trucks.

A friend of mine has an old Mack pickup, think its a 1924? He also has an old Mack straight truck, gas motor, live tandem and no power steering. Its a pain to drive with 600 bushel on it.
