What's a 10-1 Dearborn plow worth?

I've never used the plow. It's the center piece of a flower bed. Or more like a weed bed.

The plow has all new parts. Shears, boards, coulters and parts I've never seen on plows. It has a rear wheel too.

Looks like I should lift it out of flowers to get a better picture. Perhaps someone could post a photo of what a new plow looks like.
Where should I advertise the get top dollar? Ebay shows some plows for a ridicules amount.

They have parts missing. Mine has new parts and nothing is missing. So what's it worth? Can't tell it's resting on treated lumber. I also have a rusty three point two row cultivator. I think it's a Dearborn too. Never used it either.

Not sure what you can get ? Don't know if they sell but see some like $ 300. to 400. But pull it out and get better picture and put it for sale here in the photo ads.

I sold mine a little over a year ago. Got $425 for it, with good (but not new) wear parts. Mine did not have the jointers(?) on the coulters like yours does. I advertised mine on craigslist. I would think spring would be a better time to sell it, but guys might be putting in fall planted crop in their food plots now, too.

Go to Ebay and see what they are asking for a plow with many parts missing.

Good chance no one wants a like new plow. They look at how cheap it is.

"Go to Ebay and see what they are asking for a plow with many parts missing."

A couple of things to keep in mind with those Dearborn plows.
They're small, 3pt hitch implements that work differently than trailer type plows.
Many of the parts are missing because they either weren't needed
to begin with, like the coulters if you're not cutting sod, or the
jointers which caused more problems than they solved AFAIK.
Famers took them off and threw them in the scrap pile purposely.

Mine doesn't have the rolling landside (tail wheel), but it does
have a landside on it. It works perfectly well as is. Less to break.

That eBay seller is also offering free shipping in the 48 states.

The size of the plow also matters. 2 x 12? 2 x 14?
A 2 x 14 in good, usable condition would bring about $250 here.
One with all the parts would bring more to a collector of course.
I still wouldn't expect to get more than $400 for it in my area.
And I would expect to wait a while to get that.

Hard to tell from the photos but if all wear parts are new, who knows. Shares and moldboards are NLS.

It will sell better in the spring to a user. Season probably irrelevant to a collector.

Whut he said... Its hard to come by a plow like that with all the good parts that originally came on one.. I love counters myself what I found is its EZ to loose one and hard to find'em once covered up somewhere in a field...

The deal its worth $50 to $400 depends on the condition... I buy'em based on whats there because I have quite a few that needs the nice extra stuff that's normally missing...

The tail wheel (furrow wheel) is the part that wares out fast :(

It's a real nice plow but I doubt you'd get anywhere close to the $650 that ebay seller is asking.
I think that whole N Series, Jubilee, Dearborn fad has kinda worn off from what it was 20-15, even 10 years ago so it's more likely to go to someone who's going to pull it with a Kaputa, Yawnmar, Shitbura or some such and not a "collector".
If you aren't strapped for dough or need the space I would wait till spring to sell it.
Much better market then.
Brag up the new wear parts and all the gew gaws and ask $500 for it but be happy at something closer to $400.
I would rather see it getting used than languishing in a weed, I mean, flower patch.

Around here it would bring around $150.

No point in waiting for spring as it's a collector you hope to entice.

I personally would not own a plow without coulter. Jointers is a different thing, useless. I have a slightly older version 2-12" Dad bought new with the 44 2N in May of 44. $890 tractor and plow.
