970 Case hydraulic problem

Need a little help please.
?72 970 Case Manual shift...
Dual remote
With CaseIH 90 loader, operated by remotes.

PROBLEM
Loader sometimes, not always, drifts down, after being
raised.
Not as often, but occasionally will drift up. (This has only
happened a couple times)

Also, while there is weight on the loader, lifting something
slightly heavy, the controls are hard to operate, and you end
up moving the leaver too much. Which creates a jerking affect.
This only happens on one remote, the one that raises the loader...
Remote that operates bucket does not drift or hang...

Thanks in advance.

Unknown how long I?ll be fixing this, and if anyone in the future
would like to know the outcome please feel free to email me at
[email protected]
Thanks again for any information

When you find the problem post back to us so we will know what to look for if any of us encounters the same problem. I have a hunch your problem is sticky linkage.

Oh, I forgot to mention, there is a Case forum on this site. Lots of knowledgeable guys there who know Case like the back of their hand.

I think there are some plastic parts in the valve that get hard and crack, but I'm not real familiar with that because it's never happened to me. Go to the case forum, they will know.
