Should not be an issue cleaned bin out not buff for 2 trips.besides trash trucks can haul 105000# in missouri

Likely within the grace area for farm loaded trucks. MN used to allow 5,000, but may be less now. The fine varies by state, I know Il. is a dollar/pound which I think is the highest rate. Missouri cost me $300 for 3,000lbs once.

Shhh ive unloaded many loads with 1 more diget,100000+ but we stay off interstate we can go 85500#,get on interstate its no no unless you have to via inroute as the state road gets on interstate then exits .but if they catch you on it inroute they will mess with you a good hour then follow to make sure you exited.thats missouri, oklahoma farm goods 2000# kansas and arkansas, dig out deed to ranch ,you gonna pay

In Iowa that load might slide by OK if loaded from a bin or from the field but its still on the brink. If it puts you way over on an axle you will be fined.

Nebraska allows 15% per axle group, as long as it comes out of the field or bulk storage, during harvest. And you are registered for the gross weight, but I think the max is 95,000, period.

I was always told Indiana is 10% allowed over when hauling from the farm. The question is 10 % over what? We plater our farm trucks for the empty weight.

Not!! With enough axels you can get up to 102,000 I think. I got a ticket last month in North Platte for 10% over on my trailer loading on the farm.

In MI with a gravel train you only have about half a load. Put some more on. And if my brother is loading until it runs off the sides it's not full yet.
