Hello there, I have a tractor which has 9.5-24 tires on the front, but as it spends a lot of time on the road, I'd like to replace them when they wear down with some truck tires. Original size is 9.5-24, does anyone know if an 11R24.5 semi truck tire would fit? Thanks in advance.

If you mean on the same rim, the answer is NO!

NEVER mount a 24.5 tire on a 24" rim.

If you are asking about replacing the whole tire & wheel assembly, the answer is MAYBE!

Check the rolling circumfrence. On a fwa tractor, you have to maintain the correct front axle lead.

I would measure the circumference of a 22.5 tire also. Then there is low profile and high profile in both so you have four different choices in truck tire diameters. Thats the easy part. You have to get the 22.5 or 24.5 rims to match along with the right bolt pattern. A 24.5 tire has a different bead shape besides a larger diameter than a 24" tire making it very unsafe to put 24.5 tire on a 24 inch.

don't even think of it, don't even try it. accidents happen because of not thinking. cant be mounting a 1/2 " bigger tire on a smaller rim. plus on front wheel drive you need to match the tires to what the factory put on it or know the correct circumference.
