Pressure washer round surface cleaner questions

Looking at those round 15 inch or so round heads that go on a pressure washer. We need it to clean a cement floor in a garage. Will these take up heavy dirt, grime and greese? Any of you use them and what makes? Thanks

My son used one on some of our concrete. They do take up a lot of dirt, etc., but heavy grease would probably need a second time and using a floor cleaner degreaser. I believe he got his from Northern Tool.

You're talking the type with the brushes on the edge and the rotating nozzles inside right?
I used one on my wood deck before I painted / stained it again last year. It worked good to get the flaking paint off and the grime. The bennifit was that it held the nozzles away from the wood and didn't destroy it. ( I controlled the pressure too.)

It would be fine on the concrete especially if it's old and weathered, a strong PW can etch weak concrete even more. As was said, you may need a degreaser or something down and scrub as you wash.
Good luck. Grant
