How many feet between each rip, to break up moldboard hard pan???? Appears it would take A LOT of trips across a field. gobble

26 to 30 inches just like you would a 9 shank v ripper as far as speed a 3x14 plow at 3.5 mph is 1.48 acres an hour and the panbreaker at 4 mph at 30 inches is 1.21 acres an hour

I gave 25$ for mine . That right there is resale value I bet these didn?t cost more than 150$ when they were new

I just figured it out. Being a single tooth, you are talking about width between passes. Long job. Would it not be more efficient to use a 2 or 3 tooth unit ? Well Duh, Bob, cost of equipment is a factor.
