Arthur Il. Horse Progress Days (Fri & Sat) Questions ???

Arthur Il. is hosting the 2019 Horse Progress Days ...Friday and Saturday. With all the recent rains and forecasted rain will they still put on a show ? Could anyone who lives nearby give a report on the soil conditions......will they be able to do tillage etc.?
I've not been able to reach any show contacts and sure would hate to drive down from Wisconsin and find the show has been cancelled. Thanks for anyhelp and thoughts, Rich

they plan on doing it one of the places is my cousins

Somebody said that horses do not get stuck like tractors. I never wanted to get close to a horse after getting kicked in the throat by a buckskin quarter horse.
