Farmall forklift caught my eye-owa

I was in IOWA, near Cedar Rapids, last week.
This unit caught my glance, near a construction site. Is this a factory-built unit? It appeared to be backwards facing with a tidy frame and heavy build.

Worked in a building factory back in the mid to late 60's that had a I H fork lift i twas a 300 or 350 do not remember witch one
