Cutting hay

Was going pretty good today then I lost the bearings on the top shaft In the chain case

Happens every time I get in a hurry to try and get done . Still don?t have my round baler running so I?ve got to try and work around other people?s schedules so i can get it baled so I hurried and hooked on tonight after work and went to the field the chain case crossed my mind it crossed but never stopped long enough for me think about it again until it was to late

What type crop are you attempting to cut? If it's a cereal type grain I wish you luck on getting it to dry enough to bale & not heat.

#9 or 11?
Piece of lectric fence wire fixed mine as it went behind flywheel n cut seal,hooked on to the old #5 and finished.seems like all new cups n cones were not bad priced at the house of deere
