638 newholland round baler using sisal twine

I have been using the small plastic twine in my 638 newholland round baler. Can I switch to regular sisal twine I have left over from another baler without any difficulties thanks Rick

Yes you can switch back and forth with no problem on round bales

No reason it wouldn't work.

I just wouldn't want to rely on the twine holding together as long as plastic.

I store them inside so twine not holding up
isn't a issue

Only thing that I would ask is . How thick is the sisal twine? If you had it for another round baler, no problem. If it is from a small square baler, it might not cut off too well. Twine thickness is my concern.
