Thank goodness it isn't closer to me and I don't have free time. Would be a fun one to bring back. I love the single front wheels.
 
As stated already it is a B. F. Avery Model A. From what I can see it is only missing the gas tank. Never had one but they seem to be nice tractors, at least for shows, and do not come up very often. For that price might be worth getting.

A simple "assembled" tractor built by the Avery Co. down in Kentucky, I think. I've had a few of these tractors, I even have a couple of parts tractors in the fence-row still!
They wallow horribly over uneven ground due to the frame rails flexing. The parts for that Hercules engine are not cheap either, but if you come by this way, I have a FREE gas tank for you, skunky gas and all!
 
If it had the cultivator it would make a nice garden cultivator. Lots easier to see for that than your fords. I know as I have ran a Ford over many an acre cultivating field crops.
