Something electrical just blew

Hey guys so I was working on my New Holland S14 today and I have gotten it running good. I accidentally hit the key switch and grounded the battery terminal on the key switch to the frame. It then shut the motor down and I cannot get anything to happen by key switch anymore. It also seems that I have no spark at the points when I put power directly to the starter, is this normal? I just got the hydraulics working and would like to drive it around when I get tires on it. What do you all think the problem is? Just replaced the key battery ignition key switch and also the starter solenoid.
Attached is a schematic of the tractor.

Thanks guys

Actually guys please use this PDF to look at the schematic. Its a whole lot clearer and you can look at the whole thing.

Thanks!

You'll need a test light or volt meter.

Check for power on wire 28 to ground, the power feed to the ignition switch.

If no power there, check for power on both sides of the amp meter, check back to the starter solenoid where the small wire and the positive battery cable share the same connection.

The power flows from the battery cable, to the small wire that feeds the amp meter, from there to the ignition switch.

When you replaced the solenoid, you did reconnect the small wire under the battery cable, not the starter cable side?

Ended up not having a fuse there I had to connect the wires to get the thing to start the first time. That was not a good choice on my part.

There is power on wire 28. Ive had the motor running today but bumped the key switch and the B terminal hit the frame and created some sparks then died. Wouldn't do anything after that. I checked the key switch and that's good, along with the starter solenoid.

oh, my bad, that is the light fuse. We need to know if black 28 is hot to ground at the switch. If so blue 51 needs to be hot to the coil when the points are open. Disconnect the coil + and check blue 51 there to ground with the key on. Those key switches can easily be burnt and no longer conduct.

Well I just got it running again! Just rustled some wires around and it worked! I must have a ground somewhere or a bad switch. OH WELL!!
Thanks for all your guys input! I really appreciate it!

Thanks again!
