Planting my garden this year, bought a packet of Ferry Morse yellow squash seeds, there were 4 (four!) in the package. 2 of them have sprouted...

Nice photos Larry. Thanks.
But I think Miss Kim should add the term
squash to the potty filter here.
Just like the name of our president is
banned because it causes so many
arguments, that word should be too.

Im really surprised at you,,(lol) ,,being a history buff,,knowing that squash was planted by early American settlers ,etc,,,that you dont embrace it!

Thanks for thinking of US while you were out "working"! I like looking
across the hood of your tractor, it looks a lot like my 3000 except not
as shiny. Happy Fathers Day to you Larry. Dsmythe

Good to see you are able and
healthy enough to get back out
on your tactor and do the
things you enjoy. You are
blessed

And I planted 15 Butternut squash seeds (3 hills of 5 each), and NOT A SINGLE ONE came up. So I bought some plants and stuck 'em in. I will not be denied my squash!

Isn't that a packer/cultipacker??

(quoted from post at 17:08:04 06/16/19) Looks like the mennonite is doing it bass ackwords. Shouldn't the disk be ahead of the drill?

He is not pulling a disc. He has a Deere F925h roller harrow behind the drill. I guess the teeth are up and he is just rolling the seed in. Tom
