How wet is it there

I Just got home from New Mexico, it is much wetter here than when I left Wednesday morning.

I guess we got severe weather and another 3.5" Thursday night.

We are doing all beans this year, but at least a couple weeks out if it stops raining before we can get in, as none of the fields are tiled.

I have been watering a few parts of the lawn, yet there are other parts that are still to wet to go on. I think that I could make hay without cutting too many ruts, if we ever get a good forecast.

Not getting big rains but with overcast skies, coolish temps, and very little wind the ground is staying wet. Could have done maybe three acres today before the latest rain went through at 8PM this evening. A couple guys doing major mudding to go. Mudding crops in has never worked on our clay soils.

A couple weeks ago we gat 6 inches in 4 hours, then another inch the next day here in Ohio.

Terrible dry here in Central AL. No rain for near 2 weeks. Not much in forecast next week either.... garden is as wet as the hose will make it!

I got 1.2 inches for the week. I sprayed corn all day to day. Just a few wet spots around the tile stand pipes.

I was watching the radar the other night and could see you getting hammered. We got five tenths out of that one. The majority of the rains are going straight east from you place. The ones heading north east seem to run out of water by the time they get to me. I am hoping we are not hunting for water by the end of summer.

When I left my house to go to town to buy a set of breaks for my 1 ton dump it was cloudy when I returned about 3 hours about 4-6 inches of water a washed through the middle of my garage we had 3-4" of rain You know it does pay to clean up your garage when you are leaving if even only for three hours cordless power tools don't like being submerged in water.

I was in Idaho and we got 2 inches while gone. Planted beans at the fair grounds Friday. Dried out working it up. Have water standing around the garden yet. Ron MN

1.6 today drove through water across the road twice going home after milking cows. Maybe the end of next week I can get in the feilds

Such extremes of rain! Still nothing here. Sprayed chem fallow today. No need for duals or 4WD in the dust. Still hoping for rain. Its getting kind of crunchy walking across the grass in my yard.

Saw this picture this morning on facebook. Dogs leading cattle to higher ground.

Driest March to June period ever! Just heard it on the news. SAskatoon, Sask. received 7.5 mm of rain over that time. Thats just over a quarter inch. On the positive side, weeds don't grow quite as fast. Lawn mower has not come out of the shed yet. Clothes dry on the line pretty quick. We were able to seed through every (former) slough that was in cultivation and they might be the best parts of the crop. Trying to think of a few more....

Git my corn sprayed yesterday, left some ruts, but it's done. Also pulled the drag across some of the oats and corn to try to break up the crust. Hope that helps, getting worried they won't get through
