So I got the old one off and new one back on yesterday but. When I fired it up I noticed a bit of noise and took a look and had some small sparks coming off the blancer where it sit over the front cross frame. I have not had a chance to look yet but it maybe just some dirt/gravel on the frame but makes me wonder if maybe I have a bad motor mount also

There were a couple of different diameters of those balancers. Is it possible you got the big one when you needed the smaller one?

Old one had disassembled it self so no way to look for rub marks since it was rubbing all the time. I took a pry bar and on the right side I cannot move the engine up and down but can on the left side so figure motor mount is going bad and has let the engine sit down a bit

Old one and new one are the same diameter. Found I can lift the left side of the engine up and down a good bit but not the right side so figure left motor mount has let the engine drop a bit

The rubber part of the lower mount can deteriorate and shrink with time and oil residue. It's a "captured" type so the motor can't really get out of there but they can get loose and settle. A bit of a nuisance to change on a 2wd, not sure on a 4wd.

Since it has run it should be easy to find any witness marks.
