was just wondering how far south the smoke made it from our northern forest fires. was so bad could not even see the sun other than just a dot in the sky. had to wear a mask all day while seeding. not so smoky bad today.
 
Quite hazy and a red tint to the sun yesterday in the Black Hills of western South Dakota. Pretty clear now.
 
Slightly hazy in west Central Illinois. Weather guy says Canada fires and that smoke may reduce our chances of bad weather tomorrow.
 
Had the first sun we've seen since Monday today. Weatherman said there was haze from your smoke though. Southwestern Pa., a little southeast of Pittsburgh. I was wondering what fires he was talking about as I hadn't heard about any. Paul
