Tractor after Tornado

You may have heard about the tornados that hit mid-west ohio, near Dayton. This tractor was left in the field over night .The tornado took down a large bank barn, then the house and traveled another couple hundred yards to this tractor and planter. The house was completely leveled. The owner said the tractor was not moved at all but you can plainly see the tractor was heavily damage and caked with mud and debris. It was an F3-4 tornado. It also took down a bank barn across the road.

I saw where a tornado went through and took the machine shed but left the tractors alone. Come to find out under the hood it was packed as tight as it could get with straw.

Ole Ringneck I m origonaly West Alexandria. Have a brother that works at Harvestland Pitsburg. Maybe I should say puts in his time there. hehe RB

RB , that?s were I get some of my fertilizer and weed killer.I live about seven mile from there. At one time my aunt and uncle lived one mile west of New Lexington.

That tractor actually belongs to a seed/chemical customer of ours. Thankfully his son has a corn planter he can get finished with. It is amazing how much damage there is. It went right through Dayton and crossed over rte. 75. It has been a pain to haul grain through there because of all the rubberneckers slowing things down.

I don t know if he s the only Bob there or not but thats his name. I was born and raised across from the Sugar Grove cemetary on St RT 503. Might know your Aunt and Uncle. Small world. RB

Mother nature is nothing to screw with. I still remember a few years back when the F4 hit Wadena, Minn. Seen school busses tossed around like matchbox cars.

Aunt and uncle are Harry and Mabel Dearth .Their little farm was back a short lane with a little White House and gray weathered barn kind of on a corner.

Remember Harry and Mabel well. My youngest brother owns that ground now. You wouldn t reconize that place now. If you don t mind e-mail yuor phone # to me. Would like to talk to ya. e-mail should be open. RB

I?m not bashing anyone just telling the truth some can handle it some can?t . I have never made a personal attack on you until you did you are the one that made the meme about my tractor when you think that case is so hot pulling 6 bottoms a whopping 4 inches deep !! Put that plow in the ground and see how you do in hard ground the Deere cab is a hell of a lot nicer than a case Just because you insist on being able to see the muffler

Sheeesh, that's a bummer.

Totally terrified of tornadoes. Never been closer than a half-mile, but saw the destruction of a neighbor's farm when I was a kid. Totally terrified ever since then.

More untruths. This started because someone said JD was first with a good cab, which is false since case had one years before. Then someone said jd was better, again false since just on decibel level the nebraska tests prove they went back and forth depending on year and model and most of the other brands had models that were the quietest too. And you just lied again by saying I was going 4" when both the pics I posted and the video show that it is much deeper than that. And to say you haven't been hitting me with personal attacks is another falsehood. Don't start something then cry when you get back what you give. As I said, I'm more than willing to let this go any time you are, but the ball is in your court. And let's not forget you asked for memes and even said no butt hurt, but here you are all butt hurt for getting what you specifically asked for.

Come on now you know you want a Case worse than anything to go with those Fiats that you have hid behind the shop that really do all the work around your place(LOL).

I own a John Deere. There is nothing about a Deere worth bragging about. Grandpa had a Case and dad had IH. Nothing wrong with either one.

I don?t why you and I even care ? Last I checked I we don?t even own tractors with a cab period ? And my original comment was not intended to be a stab jab low blow anything else

Couple of days ago one hit Canton, Tx. ....roughly 50 mi. E. of Dallas. Guy in a chopper got a video of several minutes of it and in the video is a shiny new JD and baler that got whacked.....was somewhat distant but you could tell it did a number on both. Interesting that the video was part of a national weather casting network, channel 214 or 215 on Dish and the weather reporter was thrilled at getting the video. He said he can learn a lot about reporting tornados as he said he can compare the video to what he saw on his "Viper" radar and be more accurate in his forecasting. The sheet metal buildings on the farm just exploded with the funnel sucking tin sheets all the way up into the main cloud from which the tornado exited.
