Just no resemblance to an Ag tire. Were they cheap enough to cut every other knob off! Just kidding. What was the original picture like? Jim

Just what did you order? That's not an R1 ag tire. Might be an R3 which is LG.

If the ones I ordered aren't as pictured they will send them back.

Here is the description on web site with a pic

i think they were 225- 60 -16s they are picking up them tomorrow and reordered supposedly the right ones but we'll see. Keep you posted

Could you tell who actually shipped the tires?

I can imagine the shock when your order arrived at the warehouse.

"We sold them WHAT? And for HOW MUCH? Jeez, the shipping alone is more than that. Grab a couple of those orphan tires over there and send them out while I figure out how we're going to weasel out of this deal."

I recently bought a pair of R1 8x16s for my Branson 2400 from them. Made by Carlisle. Plenty of plasticizers and nice 1" lugs, nice and slick. Should last a long time. Very happy.

I have been following this post since I need a couple of 12.4-28 tires. Looked at Walmart and the Carlisle brand tires went out of stock fast.

Seen the $58 Farm King R1 tires but the description and the specs didn't match up. Specs said they were 16 inch diameter and 8 inches wide which sounded like the size of a front tire's actual dimensions or a car tire.

Well the replacements came and the were exactly the same as the first order, so on the horn again to Wallyworld and this time they guaranteed the order would be correct 9.5 x 24 ag tires would be delivered. and gave me 20% off the order of the tires. Confirmed the price 61.08 apiece less 20% now lets see what happens! Simple Tire is the vendor in this mess.

Not even close. The people in the warehouse don't give a hoot. They're there to be paid.

The order slip says two of item XYZ from bin ABC. They pull two of item XYZ from bin ABC, slap a label on them, and send them down the road.

You got exactly what you ordered, but what you ordered wasn't exactly as described.

Thanks for the update. Now we get to see
if Walmart has the clout to make their
vendors honor their advertisement.

I have 2 set's on the way. I expect the
same result & I plan on doing the same
thing over and over if need be. They are
going to be eating a lot of shipping
cost. It would be more profitable to just
sell the tires as advertised.

Keep us posted for sure. I'd love to find some tire for that type of price tag. I just spent $480 on a tire and tube last week and would be nice it I could get them for less then $100 each. For they end up being right I guess I will be asking you how to get to the wal-mart site so I can order a tire or 2

My supposedly 12.4-28s came in Thursday.
Two guys at the auto care center had a hard time finding them as they both knew what a tractor tire is.
Finely found them, 205R60-16. They automatically canceled the order and refunded my money.
I excepted that outcome, so didn't complain.
It has worth a try.

Yea but the problem is that the person on the phone has no clue what the 9.5x24 ag tire looks like.
The best they can do is to guarantee that the tire stock number desired is the stock number that goes out.

Well this saga continues as Walmart sent out a new set tires but Fed-X lost them. Supposedly out for delivery on the 23rd from Fed-X W Boylston MA about 30 miles from my home next update on tracking they were in Ellington CT probably 80 miles from here, seems to be going in the wrong direction. Talked to Walmart customer service supervisor took 45 minutes to straiten out. And placed a new order although I was told that item is now out of stock. Lets see wants happens next.
