Well.....I think I got it. 2 clicks on throttle, choke , turn crank handle until it clicks twice ,choke off then give it a good pull. started it about 10 times today. Really fun at shows when it starts that easy! Thanks for all the advice......

Didn't read your original post or the replies. Just a couple points of advice to make things easier. Before you shut tractor off, adjust your throttle to what engine r.p.m. you want to hand crank it at. Don't touch it, just check to make sure someone else hasn't adjusted it either when you go to start it again. I like to hand crank with throttle set just above iddle r.p.m. And choking shouldn't be nescisary unless cranking a cold engine. If engine still warm, you can probly skip the choking. One thing you don't want to do is overchoke it.

We told you you needed to find the magic lollipop. Still you should put hi-test in it. Bet things get even better for an occasionally used tractor.

If you are alone in the barn it will start with one or two pulls If you are at a show with more than two people watching PLAN ON CRANKING AWHILE
