Cab coming off 4320

Sunday my young friend and I removed the Hinson Cab from my 4320. It went pretty well. I appreciated the advice I had gotten on here.

I removed the panels around the seat. He removed the supports and floor at the two front corners. It did not have air conditioning so we did not have to deal with that but had to disconnect the heating hoses and wiring bundle.

With the door, right window, rear window, and all the other parts we removed I was able to remove the remaining shell with my JD 3320 with forks.

It was a full day but fun.

I am looking around for a cab for my 4020. I want shade in the summer and get out of the weather when using the snow blower in winter. Why are you taking yours off?

I am retired and have no need for it in the winter. I do like to plow for the local organic growers but now have a 4250 with SGC.

The other reason is it is so noisy/vibration I just did not enjoy driving it. I still plan to do some plowing with it but as an open station.

But for someone who has to do winter work it would certainly take the byte out of the weather. And with some TLC it could be improved.

Others have expressed interest as well. I will likely post it on this site at some point.
