What kind of grass is this?

What kind of grass is this? It grows well in the swampy part of our property. It is the only thing that will grow in the wet sand. I would cover the entire swamp in this if I could purchase the seed.

If in a wet swampy place it is most likely a bulrush species. Google bulrush for many pictures to compare with yours.

Looks like saltgrass to me.
