Odd hyd problem on IH584

So the bucket cylinders where they mount at the bucket have slop side to side and if the cylinders slide to one side and do not stay centered the bucket will not roll back all the way. Seem odd that just the cylinder end moving to one side will cause this problem but I plan to put in a bunch of washers to keep the cylinder centered and see if that help. What I really need is 2 bigger cylinders since this tractor has already bent a cylinder due to the shaft size being small

I just came in from adding the spacers and while it seemed to help some if still did not roll all the way back the first couple of tries but is better. May need to add a few more to the right side. Left side I put in 10 washers and on the right 5 so not balanced out per say

I would if I had pipe big enough but at the price for the washers I'll just get anther pound or so of them next time I am in town. $1.99 per pound

Sounds like the wrong bucket for the loader frame. The geometry is off for the bucket to loader frame so the cylinders hit the frame before being completely retracted. We have a 574 olde model with 2050 series A loader on it. Never had a problem with bending cylinders from working loader nor binding. We could even have a chain get bound in the arm and bucket hinge.

The cylinders that where on it I bent one some how and I then put these 2 on and it has worked just fine up till a short time ago then it mess up and I do not know why it just got to where it would not roll the bucket back like it had been doing
