Had a good laugh at this!

Ive been working on a Gleaner K2 I recently bought. Im trying to get the individual wheel brakes working. I was doing research on the master cylinder on the net and found a post , where some guy was working on the same part # master cylinder out of an old towmotor forklift. It got me to thinking about the old forklift I had and working on the brakes on that a number of years ago. After reading through the posts on this subject I realized they were my own posts from about 10 years ago!! I thought that master cylinder had a familiar look about it. Duh!
Getting old is taking its toll!

That's the trouble with the internet, trying to figure out if the guy with the tow motor was giving correct info or blowing smoke.

Many years ago, I read an article in a magazine about testing for leakage between cylinders in a two stroke snowmobile engine. I questioned the result as some engines did not have a positive seal between cylinder. They had a close tolerance labyrinth seal I think they called it. Just a grooved section.

Anyway, I wrote the author a letter and sometime later, my brother said he saw an answer to a question in the new issues of the magazine about the same subject I was referencing. I read the answer and my brother had neglected to read who asked the question, it was non other than me.
