Went to replace my overrun clutch because it dosnt work properly. Unscrewed the zirks to punch pin out and it has turned so the pin is now spun to the inside somewhere and I can?t punch it out. This is driving me crazy and can?t figure out how to get it exposed to remove it. Anyone ever have this problem or any ideas how to get that darn thing off? Thanks

Put the PTO in gear then use a pipe wrench to turn it so the pin and the holes line up. If you cannot turn it because it is locked up you will need to take an angle grinder and carefully cut it off

You are aware that ORC only turns one direction, correct? You turned it both ways?
Ask me how I found out. oops.
If it doesn't go either way, the pipe wrench, etc, to remove it.

On the side facing the tractor is a snap ring that holds it together.

Depending upon how it is damaged/stuck it MAY pull apart if you can get the snap ring out.
