After checking everything 4 to 5 times... I ordered a Regulator and all is well; 13.9 V at the batteries.

Glad it is charging. I have put Delco 10SI alternators on all 30 series here. Less problems than the generators.

Yes I agree; I do understand the Alternator deal- but some of us old farts just like original. Thanks again.
