The wiring checks out good between the driver switch and both the passenger side switches, that is a relief due to not wanting to tear into that. I did find a bad switch for the front window at the driver and an open on the rear window motor. We jumped power to the front passenger switch and motor works fine.
I am still having idle issues, but the IAC does control, and I am getting a code for a bad electrical load detector. We did the 10 minute idle learn procedure and there was no change. The ELD is a known Honda issue, and can cause idle surge and other issues, that is getting replaced tomorrow.
Exhaust still on for next weekend, but son plans to drive car to school this week, he is out stick training right now.
