What has happened to our Moderator friend Chris?

I have noticed that there has been little to no activity an NO responses from YT support on the Site Comments forum. Chris always answered our site related questions and helped us out with posting problems. I haven't seen any evidence of him being around for about 3 weeks. Apparently our host Kim is still monitoring the forum, as I see some threads still getting poofed, but has never interacted with us, like Chris did.
Hope maybe Kim will let us know what happened to Chris. Hope he is OK.

Not necessarily.

While I don't "[i:ef8eb003e1]know[/i:ef8eb003e1]" this to be true, I strongly suspect this -- I believe that if there is a thread or post that someone finds offensive and they hit the "Report to Moderator" link, that if certain variables exist, the entire thread will go bye-bye without Kim or Chris having to take the time to do it manually.

I think it's mostly when we report something without hitting that link that there can be a lag in the response time, or as of lately, no response at all.

It's Spring, so let's just hope they're up to their eyeballs in non forum-related work right now.

I, too, hope everything is OK there.

KCM ..... I guess that would be easy enough to test on a month old thread ..... if it happens instantly then a guy would know (I'm too busy to try it) ..... ha
!!!

As of several days ago at least, he was alive and well.

You could email him and ask.

Last I heard, they'd been working on a D17, getting ready to pull a lot of stumps, and a couple other things. They prob'ly got better things to do than to babysit us old "tractor kids". *lol*

Loren,
I noticed it too. Hoping they are just on a well-deserved vacation and that nothing is wrong.
