On my MF 135 AD3-152 I had the Cylinder head skimmed. The tolerance allows it to be 2.988-3" mine is now right at 2.975". If my engine block has the 0.013 of tolerance left before it is out of spec can I run as is ?
If not does anyone know where to get a oversized head gasket for this engine ?

Long as the VALVES face are in spec to the head surface DON'T put in a thicker head gasket. A thicker gasket will lower compression, which will hurt cold starting.

Don't worry about it, I've never seen one fail yet cut like yours. Main reason some engines have thicker head gaskets available is for cutting the BLOCK deck, NOT the head..
