4020 project today . Took it to the car wash and got some of it cleaned up it?ll have to go back again but it looks better than it did . Took the pto shaft and bearing quill apart and replaced the seal and o ring in the housing it has been leaking for as long as I remember someone has been In there before because I found a little red silicone on the housing whoever did it knew how to use silicone I went back with a gasket and Indian head . I also got the center steering arm off and the tie rod ends going to replace them . When i finally get it cleaned up going to repaint the hood and the engine and the wheels and maybe the fenders

Car washes around here put up big signs. NO FARM TRACTORS AND ATVS.
Too much crap left on floors and pluged drains. Villages were also having problems with contamination in sewer lines.

Some people only know silicone. Boss got a couple daycabs that came out of California. The place must have bought formagasket by the barrel.

Even in the fan clutches, the little plug that the graphite tube seals to, was siliconed into the housing.

Traditional I?d buy a hesston in a heart beat if it was the right price I always thought they were one of the neatest looking tractors . I had one bought but I wasn?t able to go come with the money . I ran a hesston on a big ranch Once it was different to operate but not bad once I got the two shift levers on the dash figured out

T, silicone can be a great tool but most people use the whole three ounce tube when they should have used half the 0.5 ounce tube . I really like the tiny tube when I can find them most stores don?t have the 1/2 ounce tube
