looking for some ole time seed corn ot corn such as yellow dent or blody butcher, or outhere , any one know where to find sone i can buy thanks/.

Is yellow dent a cultivar or are you just generically looking for dent corn? Bloody Butcher is in Harris seed catalog. Lots of odds and ends at Johnny Select Seeds. Google gets it done for me if it's not in one of the many catalogs here.

Brother used to get old lines of seed from Albert Lee seed company in Minnesota. reeds yellow dent and a short season North dakota seed, can't remeber name. Used for late planting or replant after flooded fields in central Iowa- used for cattle, hog feed.

I believe you are looking for ?open pollinated? seed corn.

You can find little bags of it at highly inflated prices from trendy garden seed catalogs, or you can find it at better seed sellers with more farm roots, such as Albert Lea Seeds in my area. Shipping is kinda rough $$, so might pay to search out a local regional seller in your area, wherever you are.

Dudek Seeds, ask for Scott. address; 10127 weber Rd. Columbus, Michigan 48063. phone# 586-453-4806. Its four way cross yellow dent corn. I've grown it for the last two years, had pretty good luck with it. It comes in 50 or 56# bags. hope this helps. john

Go to your local seed house. They can order it fo you. We have a small seed company here Kitchen Seed Company. They know where to find it.

Weldon K has it. I have ordered seed from them. It is premium quality seed. Try their shoepeg sweet corn. taste is unbeatable.
