Mahindra 6000 stuck in reverse part 3

Well if it not at my shop. Waiting for a manual so I can have good idea of how and what I will need to do to fix it. I'll have to drive it in backward but that is ok but one small problem is the loader it has on it. From what I have looked at so far it maybe possible to remove the reverse shifter fork with out splitting the tractor by unscrewing the pivot pin out the side of the transmission and then lifting it up and out. One can only hope but sure would be nice if that simple
 
Hey Old -- A friend of mine had a problem like that and it turned out to be the detent ball and spring was the problem -- could it be something like that on that one? not sure on his fix but do know that He had to take out the shift rail to fix it . something You might have already thought of but just in case You didnt thought i'd chime in! Roy
 
From what I have been able to see with the shiftier cover removed the reverse shift fork is out of the ring groove it should be in and has the shiftier fingers broken off of it. But it is hard to see in the transmission due to lack of room to be able to get in and look down and in real good
