Problems with parts from EBay tractorpartsasap

Tractorpartsasap also known as all states Ag Parts, is it company I have used in the past, but I just bought a rebuilt injector from them , and the aftermarket made-in-india tip failed immediately. And now I have to go through the trouble trying to get my money back and return it. Just a little FYI information for everybody I'm not sure if this is the right place to post it

I've bought injectors from Spencer diesel,always been good parts and actually has a person on the phone that knows a lot about their parts which is a rarity these days.

google the term contact ebay
get through the options talk to someone (probably in india)
take the instructions and suck it up

it aint that hard

if you can control yourself making purchases and make sounds choices it becomes easier
not entirely perfect but there are things you can do
pay with paypal I suppose it offers guarantees and returns easier?
read the fine print going in
do not accept anything as "well I thought"

call and complain

find one elsewhere

do all the footwork
mail it back if you have to
keep records
wait forever

chances are the one you found elsewhere is already here and in operation.

Pretty sure all state has an one year guarantee on all parts new and used. Just call them and switch the parts out. They gave me a new gauge that quite working with no hassles.

ONE "bad" part doesn't necessarily prove ANYTHING, post back and let us know how they handled it, THAT is what matters.

I've been sold parts by OEM tractor dealers "made in India" and I've been sold "bad out of the box" parts by OEM dealers, it happens.

As others said contact them first and go through ebay second. I to have bought stuff from this outfit as well as reliable aftermarket out of Michigan. They handled a wrong item return with no issues.

I got a bum fuel pump from them once. Called them up, they sent a replacement and a shipping label to return the faulty one. Same deal with an exhaust pipe. Easy people to do business with.
