My son lives in Rochester MN
and they have had a LOT of
snow. So much that many people
can't throw it over the piles
any more. A friend of my son
got up to this.

The neighbor in the townhouse next door threw all his snow into my son's friend's driveway. Lol, he was a little upset, but mostly got a chuckle out of it because it shows how frustrated everyone is. My son went over with his blower and blew it out.

Even here in Minneapolis you can tell folks are tired of it, tempers are short everywhere. And no above freezing temps for at least 10 days and text weekend temps will drop to -15? at my house, plus snow predicted 6 of those 10 days. But we don't get poisionous snakes or gaters here, so it's all good. Lol

y'all need to send somebody down here to Texas and load up on pear burners. no more snow drifts.

Jon f mn- Back in the mid 80's, where I lived, we had a driveway with a downward slope. Whenever we'd get a pretty heavy/deep snow....I'd go out and pour gasoline up and down the driveway. Then stand back and light it. Melts the snow quick and easy. Cleared driveway.

I haven?t swatted a mosquito since just before Christmas. Now when spring comes in June the melt will leave all kinds of mosquito nurseries to reserect that situation.

Wish there was YouTube back then, that woulda been worth a video! Yikes. Not seeing how much would happen up here but it would be spectacular I?m sure!

The thing that makes me sad is, all of that stuff is going to run down the Mississippi River.

Guy i went to high school with became a cop. When he was a young officer he pulled a couple of teen boys over in a pickup. They had a pig's head in the back of the truck. So the cops starts asking about it. One of the teens finally admits they were going to put it outside his girlfriends window as a joke. Brian talked em out of that and promptly took it home and placed in the next door neighbor's back yard so he's see it the morning while having breakfast. The neighbor? The towns chief of police. Now that's funny. The snow in the drive? Seeing as it didn't happen to me? Well that's funny too!
