need source for 8 bolt trailer hubs

I have a home made trailer with 3 Hammer Blow axles with mobile home type wheels. I have been told a home made can't be licensed with those wheels even if it has low boy tires. Have to have a real title. Needs new tires so I may as well convert to 8 bolt wheels with used truck tires. The trailer is not worth that much so is there a discount source for the hubs?

There are some mobile home axles with 8 hole hubs. I found some on salvage trailers.

The question is how much good/use you will get from it.Or how much will a new(er) trailer cost.If it is in otherwise good shape and does what you need,sometimes it pays to spend some money. Even if the cost of the repair is more than the dollar value of something.

The reason they are not legal is because of the brakes, not the hubs. Those hubs and proper tires are perfectly legal. What will determine if they will license it will be of it has proper brakes. And in most cases 8 bolt hubs won't fit those spindles, but 6 bolt will

I purchased hubs to convert a trailer from mobile home axle hubs to 6 bolt 4wd truck wheels.
Chevy wheel center holes are too small.
I got my hubs from Pierce sales in Henrietta, texas.
