One of my Buddies from the other side of town is selling out today. WWW.delpeterson.com is having a online auction today for him and his wife. I called him last night to see how he was doing-said he never sold anything online before and he was very nervous. I sold my T-bucket online last year and told him not to worry. Probably better off online that having a onsite live auction because we got 8 inches of snow last night. He is 2 years younger than me and has some very nice Deere equipment. If you got nothing to do today it is good entertainment.---Tee

Just for kicks, I figured the auctioneers' take from the 5% buyers premium on the sale today.

Does $ 101,857.25 sound pretty close ?

I might have nodded off a little near the bottom of page five though.

Sometimes buyers premium is capped on high dollar items.

If I read correctly, the sale today had a cap at 100k.

That is what I used for my figures.
