John Deere 40 series and 50 series cab differences

What are the differences between a John Deere 4440 cab and a John Deere 4450 cab??? I believe I have seen that they do not use the same cab kits. Are there more significant differences? What are they? Thank you.

I think the differences between 40 & 50 series cabs are minor. Headliners share same part #s before substitute #s AR97385

40 Series were black, 50 Series brown. Beyond that I don?t know. Call Fehr cabs, they?ll know. Paul

The 50 series cab interiors we crap from the factory, the 40s were alot better, my 4840 still has factory while the 4250 had to be replaced 15 years ago.

The color is the main difference to the interior kits. As for cab differences it is mainly the door itself. The majority of the rest of the cab is the same.

All I know is on either one if you throw your empty pop can on the floor right front, you cannot get it.

I had (have) 30-40-50 series. Each one had a different door handle. The best one was the 30.
