I posted this because if you have this problem, its hard to find answers.

It is very hard to find answers for this problem but finally a local Kawasaki dealer knows.
My oil shot thru the oil plug. A he said moisture builds up freezes in the relief hose, common problem I guess.
My local Kawasaki dealer is putting a winter update in it. It has a drain for the moisture to drain out of.

I have a 2014 Kawasaki mule 610, what mule do you have? I have not had any problems with mine, I plow snow with mine it's worked out good.

I have a 2016 4010 that builds condensation in the engine. it collects on the dipstick and has rusted about a 1 inch section of the dipstick. I have about four months warranty left and need to make them replace it, the rubber that seals it to the tube has come loose from the dipstick also.

I bought a new 2012 4010 mule that
wouldn't idle, especially in summer.
Dealer kids no crap. I ordered a shop
manual from dealer. Found the secondary
throttle plate was set a
Wrong at factory.
It was set for 820 mv instead of 720 mv.
Now it runs great. 700 hours on it.
Want something fixed right. Sometimes you
have to do it yourself.

I recently bought a shop manual CD online for my Mule. it is very complete and even has a section on how to troubleshoot the electronic fuel injection system.
