The concept has been around for a while. Looks like it's been put to use.

It might work in a high tech warehouse with plenty of money to spend, but looks like it would be fragile and troublesome in the real world.

Ok on a nice smooth floor like a clean warehouse. Most factory floors, not so much.

That's an interesting concept that would be incredibly useful in most of the factories and shops I've worked in. There's never enough room to maneuver a forklift! I expected that wheel/tire design to have a rough time with cracks and bumps and the like, but it seemed to skip right over that 2x4 in the video.
