Pictures in posts

Iam not getting the whole the picture in post's . The top first section comes through and then the bottom is green lines through it. Anyone have this happening to them or my have a solution.

Also do you have a fast enough net service? If it is too slow things time out. Can cut thqqe bottom off as you said. Also the 0qhoto file might be too large. Sure there are other causes too.
