What?s the value of a John Deere 46, 37, or other similar loader? And
what are the pros and cons of these loaders.
Thanks.

The 37 is a very light duty loader that has no down pressure. Most of them were trip bucket. A good trip bucket one is worth $250 and a good hyd. bucket one $3-450. I do not care for the 46 as the bucket cylinders are very light. A 46A is a much improved loader and a good one sells for $5-1000. If you find a 47 you need to know what tractor it came off of as there are two different subframes (one for 2510 and another for utility tractors) and three different sets of brackets. Value is the same as a 46A. A 48 loader can be bought for $1-2000 depending on brackets, bucket and valve. Tom

I have a 46Awith twin bucket cylinders.5' bucket. Bought it on a sale for $250.Light duty. Not a whole lot of lifting capacity.Mounted it on an M Farmall.
