Not a wire welder guy. That being said I keep reading about the most of these lesser capable welders give more trouble than they saved in cost. I would stay with a name brand welder. Parts and service are more likely to be available when needed. If you are up to the cost one of the Miller pulse welders are kind of nice.
 
In our fab shop we have two pipe positioners and Miller pipeworks welders set up as stations. The pulse mode is what they use the most it makes a sweet looking bead of weld. I'm pretty far from being the best welder but even I can make a good weld with one of them. The machine will do it all stick Tig mig and pulse mode.
 
I had not heard of that brand, but looking at the prices they must be quality machines.

Still, the question is, where do you get consumables when the distributor is no longer selling them?
