Resealing breakaway couplers

Been resealing breakaway couplers for a 5020 John Deere today ringo came along to help he was burying a cinnamon bear for later

Good luck, I tried a couple of times to get mine resealed with no luck on one side. I finally got the conversion kit to pioneer and had no problems. One of the barrels had to much wear on it.
 
Excellent timing....

I am once again going back to my breakaway on the 1530. For the life of me, I cannot get the o ring and backup ring
to correctly fit in the port which the hydraulic coupler fits into......

Any suggestions, it just seems the o ring is to big and it "bulges"

Are you SURE you have the correct O-ring?

Is it a DEERE-style barrel or and ISO/Pioneer?

Deere style and according to the dealer it is the correct one...but it sure looks to be to big to me

I sure would love to know the correct diameter for it so I could measure and check it

The new reseal kits come with a quad ring to replace the orings and backup ring in the back of the coupler and then a quad ring to go in the front of the barrel
