I already have 2 48 8n's Mr. Ed and Mr.Fixit, both appropriately named Mr. Ed after the original owner and you can guess about Mr. fixit.

Spirit of 76 Case. Don't have one but the year is right and I always thought that they looked nice.

I already have it. 1952 8N Ford that was my Dad's first tractor. Bought by my uncle new. Photo taken about 1955. I use it all the time now.

62 case 830d com. Too bad I'm so old, a comfort king would be better. Or even a 70 black knight

First tractor I drove, with help from a neighbour. I sat on his lap and
was allowed to steer tractor, helping bring cows home for milking.
It was a Farmall A, and I waited sixty years to get one. Mine is a
1944, but should be a 40. It is named Holy Smoke. I bought it from an
Anglican priest and resurrected it to new life by a united church minister.

I have two of them a 44 WC Allis Chalmers and a 44 Z Minneapolis Moline, and some close ones 45 WC, 45 U MM and a 43 Farmall H

Born in 51. I don't need any more tractors.I have a 51 Deere A and 51 Oliver 88 but I do have my eye on a 51 SC Case I grew up with as a kid.

Fun question. I am a 1961 model, and oddly enough many of my favorites ended production before 61 or started after. That said, my choice would be a JD 830.

1957 Minneapolis Moline 335R or maybe a Ford 600 probably both would actually be the best always loved the look of those two seemed they were a little ahead of there time in the cosmetic department.

Hi, there are several for me. MF 35 3 cyl D. 1964. Also Case 530, AC. B, IH Cub Ed Will Oliver BC

1958. I have 2. Oliver 880 and a super 77 that is in the "I'm going to get to it someday" row. The one I would choose is a Case 900. Actually have one spoke for. When spring gets closer we'll go get it dug out of the back of his shed.

1942 Farmall M, spent uncountable hours on it while a teen. The when away in the USAF, it went up in a barn fire. I cried !

I have a restored SMTA in my shop. Been inside heated shop now for 8 years. All new TA. $7K in receipts, In Mitchell SD. Come on, drive it home

Looks like I get a pass on this one. when I went to NEBRASKA TRACTOR TEST found nothing for 1942 and 43 , Being born in 1943 guess I just pass. War was in full force and do not know how many tractors were being made.

Well I'm a '71 model and that's way too new of a tractor for me. My wife was born in '77. Does the Oliver 77 count for her??,lol.

Just don't look at the serial number on the tractor........I bet it ain't from '77

I was born in 1959 but I have my dads MF50 high arch and A MF65 high arch both 1958 models both have the high altitude engines in them.

my ih 450 diesel has the serial number matching the year I was born 1957. whats the likeliness of that happening.

In 60 it was the brand new 30 series with the all new 301 ci 830 diesel. What a year to be born!

Me, I'm a 1943 model. Tractor wise a 1942 Farmall H and a !944 JD B kind of bracket the year. Doesn't really matter, all the tractors I own are in the same vintage, like the stuff I grew up driving.

I am a 44 model so had to get something close to my age. Its a 1936 F-20 to go with my 1958 450 Farmall

1967 John Deere 3020. Dad and Grandpa bought it new and it is still here on the farm. Loader/forklift tractor now but was the main machine for 10 years. As the loader tractor the few times it is down you could just as well cut off my right arm, I depend on it that much.

I think the tractor may be a month or so younger than I. My BD is in a couple days.

1960 JD 730 row crop, diesel, electric start, wide front, flat top fenders. But it was a hard choice between it and a 1972 JD 4020. Both beautiful tractors then and now.

As a child of the 80's I really had to think on this one. I bleed green and after going through what Deere offered at that time, I even considered choosing a red tractor. But that was merger year I believe and my uncle on my mother's side, who loved his farmalls as much as we love Deeres, went green for a couple of years. Plus there weren't any models I liked there either.
So if I was forced to have a tractor from my birth year of 1985 it would have to be a John Deere 4450. Even though my other uncle on my father's side, who was a John Deere Technician for many years, said to stay away from that series, especially with the ZP front MFWD axle.

My son has his Grandpa's 1953 JD 60. That tractor was mad a month before I was born. That is my birth year. Paul

Went to the Nebraska test book for 1950 the IH TD24 was top dog for horse power but realistically at 40,595 pounds it would hard to hall. I'd settle for a John Deere R.
