This is for Adirondack Case Guy.. You are always adding things to you mini ex KUBOTA. Here is my winter project a saw head for the KX 121. Used it the first time this weekend and have a couple of changes but sure is going to be handy. Quick attach ,snaps no and the hoses are not on in this photo.

Go to the very bottom box and hit browse. I really want to see this as a mini-excavator is on my wish list. Paul

Let see if this works.

Gonna want to replace that threaded piping / elbows with hose. Its gonna get bumped and crack at the threads super easy. Other than that neat tool!

I have seen some U Tube video of similar units. Let us know how it works when you get it operational.
I have had thought of making a hyd, pruning shear, but it is still a thought rattling around in the garbage can on my shoulders.

Thanks for the pictures. I assume you fabricated the frame. That looks like a complicated piece. I saw a wood splitter on you tube. That really peaked my interest. Paul

I have had a hydraulic chain saw on a long arm for some while but this is faster on the small stuff and cuts 2 in and smaller quick. The plumbing looks crude but required a check valve in that the tool circuit on the 121 is eclectic solenoid and no way to feather it off. As It is now when the solenoid closes the saw just keeps the motor spinning as the fluid is going back to the high side. Worked out pretty good.
