Are there different width leaf springs for the 1973-1979 F250 pickups? I know some have over loads and others don't but I didn't know if the had 2" and 2.5" leaf springs just like the they have 2 & 2.5 brake shoes.

Yes, if the truck came with a divorced transfer case, narrow frame, and 300, 360, 390 engine it will have a narrower width leaf spring. Those were made from 67-76 and had the nickname of the ?high boy?. For more info on them, google it.
