What is the most cost saving way to add a hyd. outlet to My 544 IH ? I have a loader on front and a snow blower on the rear -- The spout is Hyd. but I have no extra outlets to run it -- Roy from northwest Iowa and its snowing and blowing out !!

SV Yes what Terry is showing you , you plug it in your remote, with the lever one way the remote works as usual or just straight thru, then when you move the lever that remote output is diverted to the other set of couplers. They also make an electric controlled version of the very same thing.

I had one that was simular to that but a different make on my 5000 Ford, it was plumed in permanlty and just moved a lever to pick the set of couplers you wanted to use. Hoses from factory valve hooked direct to the extra valve and had it mounted on fender close to main factory valve so was easy to change what cylinder I was using.

Use 1 pair of outlets to power a joystick for the loader and you will have the other for your snowblower, that's what I do.

I used a 12 volt hydraulic power pack to run the grapple cylinder on a tractor.

Worked well and as I had picked up 3 of them at a farm sale for next to nothing it was cheaper than adding valves and outlets.
