about 4,000 bu to dry and were done for the year, started to haul out loaded two semi sunday. ran dryers till 8:00 pm then went home,haven't slept in my bed for week and a half.7:00 Monday morn chores are done trucks are on there way to town to make room for the rest of the corn. its raining here now, next a friend about 10 miles away has 300 ac of beans out and 100 corn looks like we will cut beans for him before we are done. hope everybody else is having a good harvest

We played that game last year. We finished over turkey day this year. Glad we didn't have a replay. Still trying to get some chisel plowing done. Might get to do some of that this week with some frost to hold things up.

Great to have done! There?s still some spots here and there where there?s corn and beans left. Several thousand acres of potatoes that never got dug and now they?re ruined from the frozen ground as well. PEI potatoe growers had another hard year,late cold spring,frost past the middle of June,drought like conditions mid August into September second year in a row just when they need rain the most and a very wet miserable October when they were digging.
