Where can I get a ripper hitch like this ?

Just look for a 3 shank 3pt hitch ripper. That is the very max that your 4020 can handle and do a decent job of breaking your subsoil. You won't have to use it every year, if you get good penetration. Just use it with 2-3 year crop rotation.

This is for another guy he?s got an 11 shank John Deere and he wants to pull it with his 9430 4wd without a 3 point . I think for next year I?m going drag my old single shank John Deere killefer behind the 3020
 
I?ve seen three point caddy?s sell with old anhydrous equipment at consignment sales.

The first year the stuff sold for scrap iron, no one wanted the old nh3 stuff.

Following years it brings good money, folks woke up and saw the 3pt carrier...... but it still brings used money, affordable.

I would definitely go with a pull type, used a 5 shank mounted one year it literally broke the 3 point off my white 4-210. It just about killed you in the cab and I could onlt pull it about 2 mph. I have had a 5 shank DMI now pull type for 20 years , can pull that 5-6 mph no problem. Doesn't jump you around either.
 
Those big v rippers are hard on 3 point hitches and quick hitches that?s for sure I have broken lots of hitch parts pulling mounted rippers
 
You can buy some of the older Great Plains drills have a cart you could use and will handle a ripper. As dry as your part of the country is. I would not have thought you would need to subsoil, or real deep tillage like back farther east, with the higher soil moisture and wet harvest problems.
 
We have some heavy clay that sets up like concrete we also have some ground that doesn?t get as hard and the freeze thaw cycles through the winter keeps the hard pan under control it use to get 40 below for a week or so through the winter now it rarely gets below 18 below zero
